Selection Guidelines

Conferred upon early-career scholars who have made outstanding research contributions in systems science and engineering and demonstrated exceptional academic potential.

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree and be under the age of 40 as of the first day of the conference (August 10, 2026).

Applicants are required to submit a summary of representative research achievements along with a CV for comprehensive review by the award committee (Submission Deadline: Oct. 1st, 2026).

Evaluation focuses on the innovativeness of research outputs, academic impact, and contributions to the advancement of the field.

Presented to individuals or teams (e.g., special session organizers, session chairs) who have made significant contributions to the organization of ICCSSE 2026.

Criteria include professionalism in organization, coordination efficiency, participant satisfaction, and overall execution effectiveness.

Nominations are made and evaluated jointly by the General Chairs and the Program Committee.

Presented to the speaker who delivers the most outstanding oral presentation at ICCSSE 2026.

Evaluation is based on clarity and logic of the presentation, quality of slides, delivery skills, and responsiveness to questions.

Scored jointly by session chairs and on-site evaluators.
