Selection Guidelines

Conferred upon early-career scholars who have made outstanding research contributions in systems science and engineering and demonstrated exceptional academic potential.

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree and be under the age of 40 as of the first day of the conference (August 10, 2026).

Applicants are required to submit a summary of representative research achievements along with a CV for comprehensive review by the award committee (Submission Deadline: Oct. 1st, 2026).

Evaluation focuses on the innovativeness of research outputs, academic impact, and contributions to the advancement of the field.

Selection Guidelines

Awarded to the paper with the highest academic quality and most outstanding innovation among all accepted papers at ICCSSE 2026.

Selected by the award committee from oral presentations, based on originality, technical depth, contribution value, and presentation quality.

Only papers that are registered and presented on-site are eligible.

Evaluation is based on clarity and logic of the presentation, quality of slides, delivery skills, and responsiveness to questions.

Scored jointly by session chairs and on-site evaluators.

Awarded to the participant with the most impressive poster presentation at ICCSSE 2026.

Evaluation is based on the academic value and innovation of the poster content, visual design quality, clarity of explanation, and engagement with attendees.

Determined by on-site evaluation by the poster review committee.

Selection Guidelines

Recognizes volunteers who have actively participated in and excelled at volunteer services during ICCSSE 2026.

Criteria include sense of responsibility, service attitude, task execution efficiency, and teamwork spirit.

Recommended and selected by the conference organizers and volunteer coordinators based on actual performance.
