Full Paper (全文注册)
Full papers that have been submitted and accepted will be included in the conference proceedings after successful registration. Registration details are provided in the acceptance notification.

Abstract Only (摘要注册)
Papers with abstract only will NOT be included in the conference proceedings. Authors may be invited to present their work. Please complete registration after receiving the acceptance notification.
仅提交摘要的稿件不会被收录至会议论文集,作者可受邀进行报告交流。请在收到录取通知书后完成注册。
L without Presentation (听众注册)
Attend as a delegate without presentation or publication.
仅作为听众参会,不进行报告或发表论文。
Important Notice / 重要注意事项
- Please take good care of personal belongings. The conference organizer is not responsible for any lost items.
- Conference badges must be worn at all times during the conference. No entry without badge.
- Registration becomes valid only after payment verification is confirmed.
- Student registration requires valid proof (such as student ID) to be provided via email.
- Early bird rates apply only to delegates who complete registration information submission and payment within the specified time, regardless of paper submission time.
- 请妥善保管个人物品,会议组织方不负责财物遗失。参会请全程佩戴会议胸牌,无牌者无法进入会场。
- 注册在付款凭证有效性确认后方可生效。
- 学生注册时需通过邮件提供有效证明(如学生证)。
- 早鸟价仅适用于在规定时间内完成注册信息提交和付款的代表,与稿件提交时间无直接关联。
Refund/Cancellation Policy / 退款/取消政策
- Replacement: If a registrant cannot attend, they may be replaced by a co-author or another person from the same institution after consulting with the conference secretariat.
- Cancellation Time and Fee:
- - More than 90 days before the conference: $30 processing fee
- - 89-60 days before the conference: 30% processing fee
- - 59-30 days before the conference: 50% processing fee
- - 29-0 days before the conference: No refund
- No Show: Regardless of the reason, no-shows must pay 100% of the registration fee.
- Personal Reasons: No refunds or compensation will be provided for inability to attend due to "personal reasons" (such as travel difficulties, visa issues, health issues, financial issues, etc.).
- Force Majeure: In case of "force majeure" (such as fire, flood, epidemic, war, etc.) that prevents the conference from being held, the organizer shall not be liable or provide refund compensation. The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and location in such circumstances.
- 替换参会人: 若注册者无法参会,可经与会议秘书处协商后,由合著者或同一单位/机构的其他人替代。
- 取消时间与手续费: 会前90天以上取消需支付30美元手续费;会前89-60天取消需支付30%的手续费;会前59-30天取消需支付50%的手续费;会前29-0天取消不予退款。
- 未到场: 无论何种原因,未到场者需支付100%的注册费用。
- 个人原因: 因"个人原因"(如旅行困难、签证问题、健康问题、资金问题等)无法参会,组织方不予退款或补偿。
- 不可抗力: 因"不可抗力"(如火灾、洪水、疫情、战争等)导致会议无法举行,组织方不承担责任或提供退款补偿。组织方有权在此类情况下变更会议日期和地点。
Payment Receipt / 付款收据
After successful registration, the organizer will issue a payment receipt. You may collect the paper receipt and conference materials on-site at the conference. If you need it before the conference, a scanned version can be provided.
成功注册后,组织方将开具付款收据。您可在会议现场领取纸质收据及会议材料。如需在会前获取,可提供扫描版。
